Over 50,000 students with an international or intercultural background are currently studying in the Rhein-Main region. These budding academics are remarkable in their extraordinary commitment, enormous adaptability and a high degree of internationality.

Matching Week is an online careers week that specifically targets students with an international or intercultural background (cureently) living in the Rhein-Main region. It offers a platform where employers and potential employees come together in a digital setting. The interviews with the applicants take place during video calls after the prospective employers have selected suitable candidates from the applications they received earlier. The event is  advertised at all seven partner universities.

New in 2025: Present your company to students in a short pitch before the application phase and answer questions afterwards. This will help you receive more suitable applications.

In 2025, we are testing new software for matching students with company & job profiles. Therefore, participation is free of charge for employers in the pilot year. Register now as an employer by sending an email to info@ics-rm.de by 31.08. and take the opportunity to get to know exciting talent!
