Offers from universities, business, administration and associations
The operationally oriented round table develops solutions to improve the transition of migrant graduates into working life. In addition to representatives of university career services, it includes representatives from associations and organizations in the job market and the start-up ecosystem.
The Institute for Economics, Labour and Culture is responsible for the specialist support.

Aicha Bah-Diallo studied political science and sociology at Goethe University Frankfurt. She has been working at jumpp - Frauenbetriebe e. V. since 2019. Since 1984, jumpp has been supporting women entering job market and on their path to self-employment, in particular by counselling supporting female founders and entrepreneurs on issues relating to self-employment and during all phases of the business.
Jonas Fidler studied economics in Frankfurt after completing his A-levels, vocational training and work experience. Following a traineeship, he worked as a vocational school teacher before joining the employers' associations. The Federation of Hessian Employers' Associations (VhU) is the umbrella organization of the Hessian economy. It represents the interests of 86 employers' and business associations.
Antje Gade is a nurse, health and social care specialist and systemic and intercultural coach. She has headed the PQZ Hessen since 2021. Its aim is to establish a Hesse-wide structure that finds international specialists for healthcare and nursing professions, attracts them to Hesse and provides them with further training if required. The PQZ Hessen supports employers in a structured and individual consultation process.
Stefan Hagen studied education and educational science. He has been working at the PQZ Hessen as deputy director since 2021. The PQZ Hessen aims to establish a Hesse-wide structure that finds international specialists for healthcare and nursing professions, attracts them to Hesse and provides them with further qualifications if required. The PQZ Hessen supports employers in a structured and individual consultation process.
Sarah Junghans has been working at Vitos since 2015 in various projects for personnel recruitment and development. Vitos is a group of companies that operates health and social care facilities at over 100 locations in 76 places in Hesse. The sole shareholder of Vitos is the Landeswohlfahrtsverband Hessen (LWV), an association of Hessian districts and independent cities.
Björn Krienke studied Public Management at the University of Kassel and Administrative Sciences at the Federal University of Applied Sciences. As an employee of the Federal Employment Agency, he held various management positions in Hesse. From 2015, he worked as a member of management at the Gießen and Frankfurt am Main employment agencies. In February 2023, he took over as Chairman of the Frankfurt am Main Employment Agency. Around 1,000 people are employed at the Frankfurt am Main location. Their task is to secure people's livelihoods and support them in their integration into work and professional life.
Laura Mösinger studied European Studies and a Master's degree in International Studies/Peace and Conflict Research. Since 2021, she has been working at the Walter Kolb Stiftung e.V. in the Competence Center for Vocational Integration and Post-Qualification, where she advises on vocational orientation, studies, training and further education as well as financial support. The Walter Kolb Stiftung e.V. was founded in 1959 by the City of Frankfurt am Main and advises on all matters relating to vocational and general education and training.
Mona Mozayyani studied musicology and education at Goethe University Frankfurt. She has been working in the field of refugee aid since 2023. At the round table of International Career Service Rhein-Main , she can contribute the perspective of international students together with other current and former students.
Henrik Richter studied business education at the University of Mannheim and has been working at the IHK Darmstadt Rhein Main Neckar in the training and further education division since 2019. He has also been the contact person for all matters relating to foreign skilled workers since 2023.
The Darmstadt Rhine-Main-Neckar Chamber of Industry and Commerce represents the overall interests of around 65,000 associated companies in southern Hesse. The chamber district of the IHK Darmstadt is made up of the independent city of Darmstadt and the districts of Darmstadt-Dieburg, Groß-Gerau, Bergstraße and the Odenwaldkreis.
Daniel Schrapp, M.A., has been a consultant for political communication and sustainability at the employers' association HessenChemie since 2018. He previously studied political science and history at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and then worked as a trainee in the European office of Siemens AG in Brussels. Mr. Schrapp has also been a TÜV-certified sustainability manager since 2023.
HessenChemie has represented the industry-specific labor and social law interests of its 310 member companies with 105,000 employees since it was founded in 1947.
Anna Strohmann advises and supports companies on how they can recruit, retain and develop skilled workers. One focus is on the international immigration of skilled workers and advice on the recognition of foreign professional qualifications. As a public corporation, the IHK Offenbach am Main represents the regional economy of the district of Offenbach and the city of Offenbach am Main.
The WELCOMECENTER Hessen is the central point of contact, service and advice for international employees, specialists and managers, trainees and students, as well as for companies, businesses and administrations in Hessen interested in employing and/or training international staff. The WELCOMECENTER Hessen is a joint initiative of the Hessian Ministry of Labor, Integration, Youth and Social Affairs, the Chamber of Skilled Crafts Frankfurt-Rhein-Main, the Regional Directorate of Hesse and the Employment Agency Frankfurt am Main.
