What makes a good corporate culture and what differences are there? In the Corporate Culture elective module, you will have the opportunity to gain direct insights into the working methods and values of various companies through field trips. Discussions with employees on site promote your networking in the region's job market. In lectures, you will learn about the theory behind different corporate cultures and their influence on corporate success. This will help you to find out what kind of company you would like to work for later on. You will also receive valuable input on how to present yourself professionally on social networks. Your impressions and learning experiences will be creatively processed in self-study units and podcasts.
