Anna Bell is working for the ICS RM as a consultant for the "Future Skills and Digital Pioneers" project as part of a parental leave replacement. Through her many years of work for film festivals, she has extensive experience in project coordination as well as in international and intercultural exchange and is also familiar with university structures through her activities as a research assistant, lecturer and her ongoing doctoral project.
Dorothea Böhmer is a sociologist and systemic consultant who worked as a student advisor at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences for 10 years. In the "Startup Sustainable" module, she designs the programme for the Startup Sustainable and Train the Trainer workshops and also works as a trainer herself, specializing in Green Entrepreneurship.
Stefanie Giordano is project coordinator at the International Career Service Rhein-Main at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. In this role, she is responsible for the internal and external networking of the project, supports central communication processes, accompanies the development of the career mentoring program CaMen and is responsible for monitoring the project measures and their quality assurance.
She studied social sciences at the University of Mannheim and gained extensive experience in the area of securing skilled workers - including at the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region. She also worked for a joint project at Worms University of Applied Sciences that integrated international graduates into small and medium-sized companies in the region.
Marlene Helfert is an engineer and systemic organizational consultant with over 10 years of experience as a change consultant and workshop leader. As a coordinator at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, she ensures that everyone involved works well together. In her workshops, you can further develop your business models and learn how to make them fit for the future."
Julia Jochim works as a project and event manager at TU Darmstadt for ICS RM. She organizes workshops in the field of career entry, taking into account new trends in job applications and students' wishes. Julia Jochim has many years of experience as an advisor for refugees interested in studying and is familiar with the particular challenges international students face when entering the German job market.
Camila Muñoz is a journalist and grew up in Colombia. She has been living in Germany since 2018, where she completed the master's program "International Media Cultural Work". In the ICS RM project, she is developing a podcast and contributing her experience in audio and video production. There she shows success stories of immigrant founders and gives you tips for your own business in Germany.
Julia Pirzer is the overall coordinator of the ICS RM. In this role, she acts as a link between the individual stakeholders and departments and carries out interface management with a view to all target dimensions of the project. To this end, she draws on her experience in cultural management, which is based on the conception, development and implementation of educational projects in an international context as well as the responsibility for digitization processes in various institutions.
Dennis Schmehl is a research assistant at the Institute for Economics, Labor and Culture (IWAK) at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main. At the ICS RM, he is the contact person for the operational Round Table. This is made up of over 85 people from the public universities in the Rhein-Main region, the commercial sector, the social economy, the start-up ecosystem, public employers and supporting organizations.
Delia Schütte is a career consultant at Frankfurt UAS and specializes in coaching for the ICS RM. She provides support in identifying skills, making individual decisions and defining career goals that meet the requirements of the German job market. With her experience in student counseling and in management positions, Delia Schütte brings both professional expertise and a solution-oriented approach to her consultations.
Sibel Ulucan is a trained systemic coach and works as a career guide at ICSRM. Among other things, she supports students and graduates in finding their professional orientation, recognizing and using their personal resources and marketing themselves optimally on the job market . She is also responsible for the video contributions Lighthouse Careers Rhein-Main, in which graduates with a migrant background provide insights into their career paths.
María José is a media producer and former international student in the Rhein-Main region. She creates digital content on career entry, the application process and regional job market. Her background is in Audiovisual and Multimedia Communication with specializations in Expanded Media and Media, Technology & Society. She has almost 10 years of professional experience in corporate communications and in communicating technical topics to a broader audience.
Manuel Vogler is Project Coordinator at the International Career Service Rhein-Main at Hochschule RheinMain. He is responsible for the Corporate Culture and Social Entrepreneurship modules for the professional orientation of international students. With a background in business education and finance and experience in higher education, he promotes equal opportunities and diversity to help students successfully enter the German job market .
Dr. Lydia Zühlke has been bringing people together for more than 5 years. She has very successfully set up two mentoring programs in Offenbach/Main for people with a migrant background and self-employed people/start-ups. Since 2024, she has been matching for ICS RM to help students find their career path in Germany.

Inken Bergenthun heads the project at TU Darmstadt and is establishing the Career Service department there. In the interface position between the university and the job market , she is able to combine her experience in private sector marketing, university teaching and university recruiting/fundraising for the first time. With well-founded part-time qualifications - including coach (DBVC), career consultant (Hofert), online marketing manager (IHK) - she stands for lifelong learning.
Jens Blank has taken over the overall management of the ICSRM and has also headed the Careers, Scholarships and Prizes department at Goethe University Frankfurt since June 2021. Previously, he headed the Careers and Scholarships group and was deputy head of the Orientation department, counselling. He established the Career Service there and successfully acquired and implemented various third-party funded projects. Other positions include the establishment and management of the Career Center and Alumni Service at Justus Liebig University Giessen and a position at the Institute for Development Research and Development Policy at Ruhr University Bochum.
Anna Herbst heads the Startup Sustainable sub-project and is a member of the ICSRM steering committee. As a consultant to the Vice President for Research, Transfer and Sustainable Development at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, she has a particular focus on innovative projects and strategic alliances. Previously, she was a consultant for transfer and start-up support as well as a student advisor and program manager for part-time and international degree courses.
Dr. Christa Larsen heads the Institute for Economy, Work and Culture (IWAK) at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main. At ICS RM, she is the contact person for the external advisory board with high-ranking representatives from business and politics. Together with the operational round table, this forms the interface between public universities in the Rhein-Main area, Hessian state politics and the commercial and social economy and public employers.
Lisa Rodenbusch, Deputy Head of the Competence & Career Center at the LehrLernZentrum of Hochschule RheinMain, has more than ten years of professional experience in higher education. She has supervised projects in various phases of the student life cycle, such as a research trainee program for students interested in research and doctoral studies and a peer mentoring program for first-year students. Networking, broadening horizons, orientation, learning and interdisciplinary qualifications - future skills - are always central elements.
Her vocation is to offer people development opportunities - conceptually, structurally, in an advisory capacity and through educational programs.
