is possible from June 15 to July 15, 2026.

One-on-One Mentoring

Here, you’ll be matched with a mentor who’s a good fit for you. During one-on-one conversations, you can discuss topics that are on your mind—such as questions about career guidance, starting your career, different fields of work, personal goals, or challenges.

The mentoring program is tailored to your individual interests and needs. You can arrange your meetings flexibly. You’ll usually meet about every two weeks.

Group Mentoring

In group mentoring, a mentor from a company, organization, or startup guides a small group of students (4–6 people). The group is affiliated with the respective company or organization.

Together, you’ll gain practical insights, learn about different areas of work, and regularly exchange ideas with your fellow students. Company visits typically take place once a month. The dates will be announced well in advance and are mandatory.

Upon request, individual or group meetings with a company representative can also be arranged.

We are currently in discussions with interested companies, organizations, and startups regarding the upcoming program cycle. We place great importance on assembling groups and industry partners that are as well-matched as possible. Therefore, it would be very helpful if you could specify as clearly as possible in your application which industries, topics, or professional fields you are interested in. This will allow us to make the best possible matches and provide you with relevant insights.
