Then take advantage of our individual career counseling with experienced coaches!
(Please note: Our counseling services are aimed exclusively at international students and students with a migration background!)

Our coaches have many years of expertise in advising students professionally. Please make sure that you choose an adviser who has the expertise that suits your needs.
Note:
If you notice anything during the advisory interview that you find particularly good or bad, please let us know as soon as possible. Your feedback is important to us and we will treat your concerns confidentially! Constructive criticism and praise are an important tool for us to improve our services. To this end, you will receive a link to the adviser's evaluation page from our advisers at the end of the interview or after the issue you needed advice on has been resolved. In addition to the ICS RM, there are many other providers who support students and graduates in their career options and job search. We cooperate with some of these providers at ICS RM and would like to draw your attention to their services.
With the offers in our Infocenter, you can also work independently on the topics of career orientation and job search on your own at your own convenience.
The university teams at the employment agencies in Darmstadt, Frankfurt and Wiesbaden offer personal advice for students as well as regular events to help with the application process.
The team members provide advice for students on how to organise and align their studies strategically, support graduates in finding their way into professional life, and help with applications.
Offers from the Employment Agency in Darmstadt
The chambers of industry and commerce advise and support companies and trainees in all matters relating to vocational training. They also offer counselling on career orientation or leaving university and, for example, point out possible training occupations as alternatives.
The competence centre of the Walter-Kolb-Stiftung supports people with an international background in their professional integration and post-qualification. In one-on-one advisory interviews, they provide advice on career options and professional development. They talk about skills, interests, goals and opportunities so that you can develop plans for your future together. The advisory interviews are independent, not affiliated and free of charge.
The Welcomecenter Hessen is the central point of contact, service and advice forskilled international workers and university students in Hessen. Its specialist team offers information on all aspects of working and living in Hessen. They also offer workshops on applications andone-on-one advisory interviews.
