Delia Fichtner-Schütte is a career counselor at Frankfurt UAS and specializes in coaching for the ICS RM. As a systemic coach, she supports you on your individual path into the workforce. She helps you find your bearings, make decisions, set goals, and develop strategies that work for you. In the process, you’ll discover what you’re capable of, what you want, and which paths are right for you. Delia provides counseling in German and English.

Julia Jochim works as a project and event manager at TU Darmstadt for the ICS RM. She organizes workshops on “career entry” and is in constant contact with recruiters regarding new trends in job applications. Julia Jochim provides feedback on resumes, paying attention to both content and structure and layout. She offers advice in German and English.

Franziska Neuner is an editor and systemic coach. As part of the “Startup Sustainable” module, she designs the program for the Startup Sustainable workshops and is also responsible for counselling students who are interested in international entrepreneurship and starting a startup as part of the project.

As a certified career coach with a master’s degree in cultural studies and more than 10 years of experience in higher education, Lisa Rodenbusch is ideally qualified to support students with their career planning or job search. She is passionate about helping you discover your strengths and encourages you to pursue your career path with a clear plan and confidence. She offers counseling in German, English (and Spanish).

Sibel Ulucan is a certified systemic coach with over 30 years of professional experience and works as a career guide at ICS RM. Among other things, she helps you find your career direction, identify and effectively utilize your individual strengths, and present yourself job market on the job market . Sibel coaches in German and English—and, if needed, also in Spanish, Turkish, and Italian.
We—Diane Kairies, Anja Steininger, and Bernhard Kliehm—are the university team at the Darmstadt Employment Agency. We have been providing career counseling to students for many years, are familiar with the current job market, assist with the application process, and develop strategies for your studies, alternative paths, or entering the workforce after graduation.
The Higher Education Team at the Frankfurt Employment Agency provides counseling to students in German regarding application materials, career guidance, job searches, and prospects in the job market. Counseling sessions are available in German and English.

We—Stephan Budde, Anja Helmig, and Michael Steinmetz—are the university team at the Wiesbaden Employment Agency.
