Career Mentoring CaMen –
Your access to qualified young talent
The CaMen Career Mentoring Program offers companies, startups, and other organizations the opportunity to connect with motivated students from various academic disciplines at an early stage.
We carefully select students based on your specific requirements—whether by field of study, academic level (bachelor’s or master’s), or preferred language—and put together a small group that’s right for you. This service is free of charge for companies.

Your contribution:
- Mentoring 4–6 students over a period of 3 months
- A monthly on-site visit to the company, offering insights into its work areas and corporate culture
- A dedicated contact person (mentor) for mentees' individual questions
- Facilitate dialogue with specialists and managers
- Time required: approximately 4–6 hours per month
