What are your strengths? This question used to be standard in (almost) every job interview. Even if the question is no longer asked explicitly today, it is helpful if you think about what your strengths are before applying. strengths are. This goes far beyond the technical knowledge you acquire during your studies. If you are aware of your strengths, you can appear more confident and know your added value for employers.


Goals:

After the workshop, you will know your personal strengths and talents and how to present them in the application process. You will be able to clarify in advance which jobs suit your strengths and know how to impress potential employers with your personality.
