You don't yet know exactly where you want to go professionally? Or how to reach your goal? Then our career mentoring program "CaMen" is just right for you. We will match you with a person who will support you well and with you over several months. You will meet regularly in pairs, exchange ideas, think about which career is right for you and develop a strategy together on how to reach your professional goal. CaMen offers:

• Support in the application process and targeted knowledge of the German labor market
• Reliable and permanent contact person
• Professional input and concrete insights into various industries
• Acquisition of important key competencies

You also have the opportunity to take part in our workshop program, which will prepare you for the German job market.

Mentoring is expected to start in September, but you can register throughout the entire period, as we are constantly accepting new applications.
