The International Career Service Rhein-Main (ICS RM) is an association of the career service institutions of seven universities and colleges in the Rhine-Main region.

• We create a comprehensive range of services with which we accompany our international students and graduates in a structured manner into the German job market.
  
• We are establishing a partner network that actively supports us in retaining highly qualified young talent with an international background and a German academic degree in our region.
  

Together with you, we would like to create prospects for our international students and graduates in Germany and at the same time counteract the shortage of skilled workers in Germany. To master this challenge, we are pooling our resources across seven universities for the first time.

HOW WE PROCEED

We will expand and network our information and qualification offerings for international students. In particular, we want to set up a modular program aimed at significantly increasing practical experience in the form of internships and student jobs at an early stage of studies. In addition, we will support students in building their own professional network.
